How to Add Member Seats, Workspaces, or More Entitlements

Expand your Qualz.ai plan – this guide covers the three most common ways to grow workspace capacity: adding more member seats, adding extra workspaces, and topping up entitlements (AI Interviews, AI Participant Responses, Analysis Units, Transcription Uploads). All expansions are handled by your account representative.

Looking for the legacy Buy Credits flow? Qualz.ai workspaces now use entitlements instead of generic credits. See How Entitlements Work for the new model. If your workspace still shows credits, your account representative can migrate you.

What you can add
  • More entitlements – additional AI Interviews, AI Participant Responses, Analysis Units, or Transcription Uploads when you run low
  • More member seats – raise the cap on how many people can be invited into the workspace
  • Additional workspaces – stand up a separate workspace for a new client, project, or team
  • Plan upgrades – move from Teams to Enterprise to unlock SSO, advanced security, and dedicated support
Step 1: Check current usage

Before requesting an expansion, see what you have today.

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner
  2. Open Workspace Settings → Usage
  3. Review entitlement balances, seat usage, and any usage warnings

The Usage panel shows remaining entitlements per type alongside your workspace's seat and AI participant limits.

Step 2: Contact your account representative

All expansions go through your account rep. Reach out via the "Request More" action in the Usage panel, or directly to sales@qualz.ai.

Include in your request:

  • Workspace name (and ID if you have it)
  • What you want to expand: entitlements (which type and how many), seats, additional workspaces, or a plan tier change
  • Timeline for when you need it
  • Brief context on the research project (optional but helpful)
Step 3: Confirm and start using

Once your rep updates your plan, the new entitlements, seats, or workspace become available immediately in the dashboard. Owners can then invite members into expanded seats or create the new workspace from the workspace switcher.

Why the assisted flow?

Most Qualz.ai plans are configured to specific entitlement mixes (interviews, AI participants, analysis units, transcription) and seat counts negotiated for the team. Going through your account rep keeps that mix coherent and avoids overprovisioning a single resource. For high-volume teams on Enterprise, your rep can also pre-allocate capacity ahead of fielding waves so research isn't blocked mid-project.
