How to Upgrade Workspace Plans in Qualz.ai
Upgrade your Qualz.ai workspace – move to a plan that fits your team's research footprint, with the right entitlements, seats, and feature scope for your work.
Plans at a glance
Qualz.ai workspaces are available on two main plans:
- Teams – built for research teams who need shared workspaces, role-based collaboration, and recurring research capacity (interviews, surveys, AI participants, analysis).
- Enterprise – everything in Teams plus SSO, advanced security, custom workflows, and a dedicated account representative.
Both plans are configured around an entitlements model — your plan defines how many AI Interviews, AI Participant Responses, Analysis Units, Transcription Uploads, member seats, and AI participants the workspace gets. See What are Entitlements? for how this works in practice.
Why upgrade?
- More research capacity – higher entitlement allocations for interviews, AI participants, analysis runs, and transcription
- More seats and workspaces – grow the team or stand up dedicated workspaces per client/project

How to upgrade
Plan upgrades are handled through your account representative — that lets us tailor the entitlement mix and seat count to how you actually field research, instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all bundle.
- Navigate to Workspace Settings → Usage to review current allocations
- Click "Request More" in the Usage panel, or email sales@qualz.ai
- Tell your rep what you need: target plan (Teams or Enterprise), entitlement adjustments, additional seats, or additional workspaces
- Once your rep updates the plan, the new capacity becomes available immediately in the dashboard — no checkout step required
Adjusting capacity without changing plans
If you don't need a full plan change, you can keep your current plan and just expand specific entitlements, seats, or workspaces. See How to Add Member Seats, Workspaces, or More Entitlements for the day-to-day expansion flow.
