Getting More Entitlements

When you need additional entitlements for your research, there are several ways to expand your workspace capacity.

Viewing Your Current Entitlements

First, check your current usage:

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
  2. Click on the Usage tab
  3. Review your remaining entitlements for each category

Contacting Your Account Representative

The primary way to add entitlements is through your account representative:

If You Have an Assigned Representative

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Usage
  2. Find your account representative's contact information
  3. Use one of the following methods:
    • Email: Click the email button to send a direct message
    • Schedule Meeting: Use the calendar link to book time
    • Phone: Call during business hours (if available)

If You Don't Have a Representative

  1. Click "Request More" in the usage panel
  2. This sends an email to our sales team
  3. Someone will be assigned to your account
  4. Typical response time: 1-2 business days

What to Include in Your Request

When requesting additional entitlements, it helps to include:

  • Workspace name and ID
  • Type of entitlements needed (AI Interviews, Analysis Units, etc.)
  • Quantity needed
  • Timeline for when you need them
  • Brief description of your research project (optional but helpful)
