Getting More Entitlements
When you need additional entitlements for your research, there are several ways to expand your workspace capacity.
Viewing Your Current Entitlements
First, check your current usage:
- Navigate to Workspace Settings
- Click on the Usage tab
- Review your remaining entitlements for each category
Contacting Your Account Representative
The primary way to add entitlements is through your account representative:
If You Have an Assigned Representative
- Navigate to Workspace Settings > Usage
- Find your account representative's contact information
- Use one of the following methods:
- Email: Click the email button to send a direct message
- Schedule Meeting: Use the calendar link to book time
- Phone: Call during business hours (if available)
If You Don't Have a Representative
- Click "Request More" in the usage panel
- This sends an email to our sales team
- Someone will be assigned to your account
- Typical response time: 1-2 business days
What to Include in Your Request
When requesting additional entitlements, it helps to include:
- Workspace name and ID
- Type of entitlements needed (AI Interviews, Analysis Units, etc.)
- Quantity needed
- Timeline for when you need them
- Brief description of your research project (optional but helpful)
